Established by the late Mr. Rohtas Goel in 1987, Omaxe has grown out of humble beginnings in the construction and contracting industry to become a major actor in the residential real estate market. Omaxe made an impressive entry into the market when it launched the first residential development that featured executive-level floors at Gurugram in 2001. In 2020, the Omaxe company had accumulated a staggering value of around Rs.1,638 crores.

Honouring its motto, "Turning Dreams into Reality," Omaxe has been devoted to building the ideal homes for its customers from the time it was founded. Omaxe's focus on excellence has helped build strong bonds with its customers, gaining their trust and loyalty over many years. This commitment to excellence can be seen in the smooth launch of the first township integrated within Greater Noida in 2003, which encompasses 85 acres of well-created areas.
Notable Projects and Community Commitment
Omaxe has launched a variety of highly acclaimed projects. Some of them include Omaxe Connaught Place, which has been hailed as "THE BEST UPCOMING MALL IN INDIA," as well as Omaxe Chowk, which is a major public-private collaboration with Omaxe and the Government of India. Presently, Omaxe has expanded its presence to include 28 cities in 8 states. Its expansion reflects its determination to build an entirely new India.
